Responsibilities- Accountable and responsible POC for overseeing and communicating regular updates on project scope, budget, and project schedule/delivery timeline for one or more projects to include regular briefs with various internal teams and executive leadership.
- Responsible and accountable for tracking all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.
- Create and track progress against project plans, project schedules, milestones, budgets (forecasting and actuals), charge codes, or other performance indicators, and reports to colleagues, teams, and management in a timely manner.
- Help formulate plan for delivery and allocate resources alongside resource managers and budget.
- Drive internal dependency management and coordination as well as 3rd party vendor management.
- Drive complex migrations (e.g. platform and data center)
- Organize and track department KPIs including all presentation materials and meetings
- Identify, organize, and drive complex initiatives for the Engineering Services Organization
