“Technical” Project Lead (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
Lead strategic innovation and product development projects from initiation through market launch and closure
Transfer innovation ideas into structured development and execution projects
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, governance, and success criteria
Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation measures
Manage project resources, risks, dependencies, and change requests
Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary teams, suppliers, development partners, and customers
Facilitate steering committees, workshops, milestone reviews, and decision-making processes
Ensure effective project governance, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when required
Drive continuous improvement of project management standards, methodologies, and best practices
Your profile:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience leading complex projects in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technology-driven environments
Proven success in delivering product development, innovation, or technology projects
Strong knowledge of project governance, stakeholder management, risk management, budgeting, and project execution
Experience with project management methodologies and tools; PRINCE2 certification or practical experience is an advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft project management and collaboration tools
Fluent in English; German is an advantage
