Job Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and manage configuration control documents in collaboration with Systems Engineers ensuring all documents are clear and accurate

  • Assist and support the Project Managers in their daily duties

  •  Maintain documentation library and ensure timely revisions as needed

  • Working with the team to remove impediments

  • Draft Release guide documents for deployment of software into Production. Work with various teams to implement successful deployment into production. 

  • Maintain project planning and tracking project in Jira. 

  • Assist Systems Engineers in planning and executing major deployment and maintenance projects. 


Job Requirements: 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in technical field (computer science, engineering, etc.) or business degree with concentration or experience in technology. 

  •  Associates Degree in relevant area with additional experience will be considered.

  •  1+ years of relevant experience.

  •  Demonstrated organization and coordination skills to include tracking and managing routine and unplanned tasks.

  •  Demonstrated administrative skills and experience with business software including MS Excel.

  •  Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interpret technical information and translate to plain English.

  • Basic, but solid understanding of computer and networking technologies.

  • Experience will MS Project or experience with project support tools such as Jira and Confluence are desirable, not required.

  • Ideal candidate would have experience with databases such as MS Access and/or SQL server and be able to write basic SQL queries.

  • Be adept at prioritizing and multitasking across multiple projects and accounts
