Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects, including scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and milestone tracking
  • Develop and maintain resource forecasts aligned to delivery plans and planning increments
  • Track and reconcile Capital and O&M actuals against forecasts; analyze variances and prepare clear, finance-ready explanations
  • Support enterprise forecast cycles (e.g., 2+10, 5+7) through accurate inputs, updates, and coordination with finance partners
  • Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports covering forecasts, actuals, run rates, trends, and variances
  • Automate recurring reporting and analysis using advanced Excel techniques (e.g., Power Query, structured templates)
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, forecast reviews, and governance forums; document decisions, actions, and drive closure
  • Partner with technology, product, finance, and operations stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution
  • Ensure accurate project setup and time-accounting alignment to support financial reporting integrity.
  • Leverage Copilot and enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline reporting, summarize meetings, draft updates, and improve productivity
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degrees & 5+ years of experience in technology project or program management
  • Demonstrated experience with resource forecasting, capacity planning, and Capital/O&M financial tracking
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, automation, and dashboard creation
  • Proven solid written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience using PPM Optics (PPMO) for project setup, time tracking, or financial reporting
  • Experience working in large-scale technology or healthcare environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise time-accounting and contractor tracking processes (e.g., Fieldglass)
  • Exposure to enterprise financial planning cycles such as 2+10 and 5+7
