THE JOB:
The Technical Project Coordinator is a corporate role within the Technology department focused on providing support to enterprise-wide strategic projects. This role assists project managers and program managers in maintaining project documentation, analyzing project data, managing technical requirements, and providing regular task follow up. The role requires attention to detail, analysis of project and technical data, and exceptional communication and documentation ability. Analysts exhibit superior follow-up and follow-through across technology teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. This position may oversee small Technology projects or function as a scrum master leading agile delivery.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Provide support to project managers and program managers on small to large-scale enterprise projects within the Technology department portfolio.

Assist in administering all project deliverables including the project timeline, project status, scope, priorities, milestones, and risks.

Manage tasks and follow up across project managers, product managers, technical and business teams.

Multitask across several projects and maintain a prioritized list of activities, backlog of requests, and detailed requirements.

Support PMO reporting by assisting in preparing status reports, dashboards, metrics, communications, and presentations.

Document meetings with an emphasis on capturing action items and task ownership.

Gather and analyze large sets of information and condense into actionable recommendations.

Breakdown project activities into actionable tasks utilizing hybrid project management and agile scrum methodologies to deliver progress and gather feedback regularly.

Participate in technical meetings and learn technical fundamentals relevant to projects as necessary.

Oversee small Technology projects under the mentorship of project leaders.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

3+ years of prior relevant experience in project management or a project analyst role.
