Supervises arena event conversion operations, including event setup, turnover, staffing, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and enforcement of safety and productivity standards. Coordinates with management and department supervisors during event planning, oversees temporary labor, and maintains staging, seating, bleachers, sports systems, backstage areas, and related equipment. Requires flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
