Job Description

At CUBIC, part of the Rockwell Automation ecosystem, we work every day with solutions where quality, safety and operational reliability are non negotiable. Our production site in Aabybro characterizes a high level of automation, industrial standards and a clear ambition for continuous improvement.

We are now looking for a technical programmer who wants to take ownership of programming, operation and optimization of our core sheet metal manufacturing processes.

An important role in our industrial setup.

You will be a central technical specialist in the production, with direct responsibility for some of our most advanced equipment, including:

  • Salvagnini S4Xe.30 – Punching and Shearing Center
  • Salvagnini P4-2520.G4 Panel Bender, including automation and palletizing
  • AMADA EM3612 ZRT

Your contribution will have an impact on quality, delivery performance, occupational safety and total cost – and thereby on the performance of the value chain.

You will report to the Factory Manager-CUBIC and work onsite in Aabybro, Denmark.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Programming and optimizing automated production cells with focus on stability and repeatable quality
  • Ensure utilization of machines, tooling and materials
  • Analyze and improve processes with focus on capacity, cycle time and robustness
  • Support standards related to safety, documentation and process control
  • Work with production, engineering and management in a structured, data‑driven environment
  • Contribute to technical improvement programs and new investments
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • 5+ years of experience with programming sheet metal manufacturing equipment in an industrial production environment
  • Experience with the interaction between programming, material flow and quality
  • Experience working in a structured, systematic manner with a high level of professional discipline
  • Experience with industrial standards and a "first-time-right" mindset
  • Familiar with IT-based tools and technical documentation
  • Fluent in Danish and English at a professional level
