As a Technical Program Specialist, you'll drive high-impact technology initiatives across our Global Information Technology organization. You'll partner with Engineering, Enterprise IT, HR, vendors, and senior stakeholders to guide complex implementations from planning through delivery. In this role, you'll bring structure, visibility, and momentum to high-impact projects that improve operational efficiency, strengthen delivery consistency, and support future technology transformation.
What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise-level software implementation, migration, infrastructure modernization, and process improvement projects while managing scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, documentation, reporting, and delivery governance.
- Partner with vendors, third-party implementation teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on requirements, priorities, resources, deliverables, risks, and communications that keep projects moving.
- Monitor project health, key metrics, scope changes, and delivery progress while communicating updates, decisions, and blockers to leadership.
- Strengthen project management standards across the IT Project Management Unit by improving reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive delivery consistency across strategic initiatives by promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical project management, including delivery of enterprise-scale software implementations, migrations, or technology transformation initiatives across various domains.
- Experience coordinating with executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendors to deliver complex technical projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project tracking tools, with experience supporting delivery approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models using tools like Airtable, Google Workspace, Jira Cloud, or related project management solutions.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools or automation platforms to improve workflows, reporting, documentation, or team productivity.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical, business, vendor, and leadership audiences.
