Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager -Operational Excellence located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the Sr Director, Operations Engineering, Technical Program Manager role is responsible to direct and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in the Manufacturing operations to drive best practice sharing, Operational Improvements/Innovation and NPI process to support Regional operations.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Lead the implementation of corporate programs across sites by collaborating with cross-functional site teams.

  • Oversee and communicate progress on standardization efforts across all locations.

  • Develop and maintain executive-level presentations highlighting corporate metrics, strategic initiatives, and process updates.

  • Build comprehensive roadmaps, conduct risk assessments, and track progress for global initiatives.

  • Partner with corporate stakeholders to align on strategic objectives and define measurable goals.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience

  • Experience in a Program/Operational skills presentation

  • Advanced English

  • Previous experience working within Manufacturing supporting NPI and Product Transfers.

  • Strong customer and Program management experience

  • Comprehensive understanding of NPI to supply chain to manufacturing operations.

  • Ability to interface and communicate with different levels of the organization, both at customer & Flex.

  • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail. Ability to dig deep into issues when needed

  • Strong PowerPoint presentation skills Advanced
