We are currently searching for a Senior Technical Program Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
- Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks to guide project execution.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple streams, proactively identifying signals before incidents occur.
- Analyze existing data across enterprise tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Design and implement data models and flows within Microsoft Dataverse for scalable solutions.
- Build and customize PowerApps to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling and flows.
- Hands-on experience with PowerApps for custom application development.
- Advanced skills in Power BI, specifically in reporting, dashboards, and DAX.
- Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desired:
- Experience with Azure services and integration with Dataverse.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Background in Business Intelligence.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
