- Define clear program objectives, key success metrics, and structured governance frameworks for the organization.
- Manage risks, cross-team dependencies, and escalations across multiple delivery streams, proactively identifying signals before bottlenecks occur.

- Communicate program status, risk profiles, mitigation strategies, and milestone outcomes effectively to senior and executive leadership.

- Power Platform Application Development: Proven hands-on experience building and customizing enterprise-level PowerApps to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Advanced Analytics & Visualization: Advanced Power BI skills, including end-to-end report design, data visualization, dashboard building, and writing complex DAX queries from scratch.
- AI Implementation Exposure: Hands-on exposure to, or direct involvement in, AI implementation initiatives or utilizing AI tools within program streams to optimize delivery.
- Data Security & Governance: Solid understanding of data governance standards, regulatory compliance, and cloud security frameworks.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery under changing priorities.
- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering" to effectively bridge technical execution with business strategy.
