Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Delivery Leader to establish and manage multiple Scrum teams focused on building, enhancing, and integrating Human Resource Information System (HRIS) modules. This role requires strong leadership, agile delivery expertise, and deep understanding of HR technology ecosystems to ensure successful delivery of scalable and integrated HRIS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

  • Build and scale multiple offshore Scrum teams (developers, QA, analysts).
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and best practices.

Delivery & Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules and integration projects.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the primary offshore point of contact for onshore product owners and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans effectively.

Technical Oversight

  • Collaborate with architects and technical leads to ensure robust design and integration.
  • Monitor performance, scalability, and security of HRIS solutions.

Process & Governance:

  • Implement delivery governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and client-specific standards.

Requirements

Skills:

  • Experience: 10+ years in IT delivery, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing distributed Agile teams.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and integration patterns.
  • Agile Leadership: Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and data integration tools.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for global stakeholder management.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve delivery challenges and manage escalations effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in large-scale HRIS implementation or modernization projects.
  • Exposure to cloud-based HR solutions and integration with payroll, benefits, and talent systems.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
