Conduct customer and market research, define product requirements, create user stories and workflows, map use cases to Vector’s Six Intelligence Model, and support AI-native experiences across Microsoft Teams and web portals. Analyze product adoption and usage metrics while collaborating with engineering, architecture, and product teams. The internship offers practical exposure to enterprise SaaS, cloud operations, agentic AI, and product development, with potential performance-based conversion to a trainee program.

Three-month unpaid interns build Vector, an AI-native enterprise platform, across frontend, APIs, data, cloud, and AI engineering. Responsibilities include developing product capabilities, translating enterprise use cases into software and AI solutions, writing tests and documentation, debugging, evaluating results, participating in code reviews, and improving reliability and performance. The program may lead to a one-year trainee role and eventual software engineering or product opportunities based on performance.

Design and build extract/load (ETL) scripts to move patch and RSU maintenance data and vendor feeds into a central database, create data extraction processes for reporting, produce daily management summaries, and help automate process flows and tracking.

Develop and support secure, scalable full-stack applications using .NET Core, C#, Angular, Azure, microservices, APIs, and serverless components. Responsibilities include building reusable frameworks, integrating external services, designing cloud solutions, troubleshooting performance issues, writing maintainable code and unit tests, and participating in Agile ceremonies while collaborating with architects, product owners, and engineering stakeholders.

Conduct functional analysis and market benchmarking to improve payroll, HR systems, and FinTech solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI/Fabric dashboards, conduct data analysis to surface trends and insights, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure data quality through ETL and modeling, and present findings to inform business decisions.

Design and implement scalable, resilient backend solutions; re-architect products for serverless/containerized cloud; ensure code quality, security, accessibility and HIPAA compliance; conduct code reviews; support onboarding, POCs, vendor escalations, and respond to technical RFPs.

Develop and execute comprehensive software test strategies, cases, test data, and automation. Collaborate with SQA leads, business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure test coverage and quality deliverables. Track defects through Jira or similar tools and support traceability. The role also requires database validation using Oracle and SQL, strong communication, problem-solving, ownership, collaboration, and awareness of emerging testing practices.

Develop and maintain enterprise full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL. Build responsive user interfaces, optimize database queries and data-access layers, troubleshoot defects and performance issues, participate in code reviews and Agile activities, and collaborate with product, QA, and business teams. Support healthcare Provider Improvement initiatives and AI-enabled features such as AI Sidekick and AI Pre-fill.

Lead design and implementation of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions. Engage with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The Sr Full-Stack Engineer designs and implements complex software programs, leads development projects, evaluates new technologies, and collaborates with teams to enhance user experience while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Design, build, and optimize scalable Azure cloud data platforms and high-performance ETL pipelines using Synapse, ADF, Spark, SQL, and Python. Implement data models, DataOps/CI-CD, quality checks, cost and performance optimizations, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders while mentoring junior engineers.

Design, develop, and implement FHIR-based interoperability services supporting CRD and PAS workflows. Build scalable, compliant integrations between care management apps, EHRs, and FHIR platforms. Collaborate with architecture, product, QA, and dev teams to deliver reusable microservices and ensure interoperability, performance, and security.
