Position Overview
We're searching for a Technical Program Manager to join our Technical Program Management team in remote or hybrid setting from an Applied Systems office. To keep us headed in the right direction, we're looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team's diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.
What You'll Do

• Develop integrated plans to align cross-functional teams in delivery of technical initiatives
• Effectively identify and clarify dependencies by applying knowledge of technical considerations
• Provide insights to ensure visibility for stakeholders and alignment of capacity
• Identify and clarify risks, dependencies, and issues impacting progress to support decision making
• Drive resolution of bottlenecks and address interdependencies across complex ecosystems
• Own communication of goals, status updates, risks, and impact to stakeholders at all levels
• Provide timely insights for planning and prioritization across technical initiatives
• Continuously improve processes to ensure success of large-scale initiatives

Your experience may include:

• 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional, technical projects in dynamic environments
• Proven problem-solving ability with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to facilitate productive conflict when needed to accelerate problem solving
  • Willingness to test hypothesis and pivot when/if they are proven wrong
• Experience engaging stakeholders with diverse viewpoints to ensure understanding and alignment
• Ability to influence without direct authority when working across complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Knowledge of software development practices and cloud-based delivery

You may have other skills or credentials, including:

• Jira
• Experience with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• AI Tools like Rovo and MS Copilot

Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position ranges from $60,000 - $140,000 USD. To determine a new team member's starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone's depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible to participate in additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission.
