The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will be responsible for managing large-scale, cross-functional technology programs, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The TPM will work closely with engineering teams, product management, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, develop detailed project plans, and oversee execution to ensure successful delivery. 

You Will:

  • Lead the planning and execution of technical programs, from initial concept through final delivery. 
  • Lead the solution design process: understanding detailed product requirements, evaluating the best options and driving delivery of best in class solutions. 
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation. 
  • Maintain the technology roadmap for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, operations, and quality assurance. 
  • Work with Client Delivery and Customer Success teams to rollout long term initiatives that require client coordination and change management.
  • Track program progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program status, communicating updates to stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Facilitate effective communication across teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables. 
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise. 
  • Serve as an escalation point to engineering teams, to help remove impediments and resolve complex technical issues. 
  • Ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and are scalable, maintainable, and efficient. 
  • Continuously evaluate and improve program management processes, tools, and methodologies. 
  • Implement best practices in agile development, project management, and quality assurance. 
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program teams. 
  • Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-mortem analyses. 
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program status, risks, and issues. 
  • Ensure all program deliverables meet quality standards and comply with company policies. 

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a related role in the technology industry. 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery. 
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system architecture, and technical infrastructure. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello). 
  • Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. 
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus. 
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). 
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. 
  • Familiarity with data analytics, machine learning, or AI technologies.
