We are looking for an ambitious individual with a passion for quality and a self-starter attitude. As a small company, the Program Manager will have the opportunity to develop and contribute to the success of our rapidly growing company. 

 What you’ll do: 

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects and programs. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the program scope, milestones, and deliverables. 
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication. 
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define tasks, prioritize work, and ensure alignment with customer expectations. 
• Understand technical challenges and help bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Optimize resource utilization and ensure teams have the necessary support. 
• Define and manage program timelines, milestones, and dependencies. 
• Communicate program status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders. 
• Implement quality assurance processes across projects to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes. 

Who you are: 

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. 
• 3+ years of technical program management experience. 

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience acting as a Scrum Master. 
• Experience driving Agile transformations within teams or organizations. 
• A background in technology or a solid understanding of software development processes. 
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels. 
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and the ability to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. 
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), Agile (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP), or related areas can be beneficial.

Salary Range:

$125K - $135K DOE
