DAT is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our Program Management team in Beaverton, OR or Denver, CO.

Join our dynamic and innovative team where you will spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical initiatives. As a Technical Program Manager, you thrive on the dynamic intersection of technology and project management. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams, navigate complex technical landscapes, and drive projects from inception to successful execution sets you apart.   • Lead end-to-end project management for complex technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with engineering, technology, product, and design teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Facilitate communication between different departments to drive cohesive project coordination and execution.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges to keep projects on track and within scope.
  • Create comprehensive project plans, status reports, and documentation. Communicate project progress, key milestones, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements and progress.
  • Drive process improvements and best practices to enhance project management methodologies and team efficiency.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical project or program management, preferably in software development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and technical concepts. Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, and software development tools.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to think critically, make decisions, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities. Ability to adapt quickly to evolving project needs and requirements.
