What You’ll Own
- Own end-to-end merchant onboarding against committed go-live timelines.
- Lead requirement gathering, scope definition, and change management with merchants.
- Drive technical implementation across storefronts, integrations, and GoKwik Checkout with Engineering.
- Own merchant communication, risks, dependencies, and blockers through go-live.
- Identify onboarding bottlenecks and build automation to eliminate manual workflows.
- Build scalable processes, templates, checklists, capacity plans, and onboarding playbooks.
- Drive execution across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and Sales without direct authority.
- Provide clear portfolio visibility on timelines, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
Who You Are
- 4-6 years in technical program management, product implementation, or customer-facing delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication, webhooks, and troubleshooting.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Proven ability to build scalable processes and automation-led solutions.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills, including senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Good to have: Shopify, payments/checkout, e-commerce, D2C, n8n/Zapier/Retool, and JIRA experience.
