Tektronix Component Solutions is seeking a strategic and driven Technical Program Manager to lead high‑impact microelectronics manufacturing, test, and internal capability development initiatives at our Beaverton, OR headquarters. Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver technical and operational programs on time, within budget, and to defined quality and performance standards.
- Drive internal capability development initiatives, including manufacturing readiness, test infrastructure, process improvement, and technology enablement projects.
- Implement Daily and Visual Management tools to monitor KPIs, improve execution rigor, and support continuous improvement.
- Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into executable program plans.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, schedule, and resource risks proactively to ensure program continuity and long‑term organizational benefit.
- Provide clear, data‑driven program updates and risk assessments to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and disciplined execution across technical and business teams.
