Skills Required

- Postgraduate qualification
- Minimum 12 years of experience in ICT/ELV service delivery
- Experience leading a large, multi-system 24x7 maintenance or managed-services contract
- PMP or PgMP certification
- ITIL Expert or ITIL Managing Professional certification
- Airport or mission-critical operations experience
- Strong leadership, stakeholder-management, commercial, and service-governance capabilities
