Based in our Austin, Texas office, you will work with technical program managers and senior leaders from across Arm, acting as the central coordinator for a diverse, multi-disciplinary team.
Your drive, deep understanding of silicon development practices, and your history of integrating and orchestrating complex programs will ensure our roadmap is delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Your experience as a program lead and strong bias for action will bring clarity, pace and accountability to Arm's ambitious silicon roadmap.
Responsibilities:
You will lead the end-to-end program execution for an upcoming SoC in the Arm AGI family.

- Provide clear, fact-based reporting to senior business leaders on program status, trade-offs, risks, and decisions required.
- Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, and customer-facing organizations, ensuring decisions are made quickly and owners are held accountable for delivery.
- Identify product-level risks and lead the development and execution of credible recovery plans.
- Ensure the complete product-not only the silicon-is ready for deployment, including firmware, software, validation, platform enablement, documentation, and customer readiness.
- Continuously improve Arm's end-to-end development practices by applying lessons learned, strengthening cross-functional execution, and removing structural barriers to delivery.

- Experience building and developing high-performing program teams, including coaching senior program leaders and raising execution standards across an organization.
- Ability to lead through influence across large, globally distributed organizations, including teams outside your direct reporting line.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear, concise, and fact-based guidance to senior executives.
- Aim to share success through relationship and coalition building. You see your own success through the progress of our extended team.
