NVIDIA GeForce NOW features a subscription-based e-commerce platform, aka NVIDIA Marketplace, that manages memberships, billing, payments, and entitlements, enabling users to stream games they already own across a wide range of devices. The platform connects to popular stores such as Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox, Ubisoft Connect, and GOG.com. Recent improvements focus on simplifying user access through account linking, automatic sign-in, and library syncing.
We are seeking to employ a Technical Program Manager to support the NVIDIA Marketplace. You will lead complex programs that involve engineering, product, operations, and business collaborators. This role focuses on driving progress, aligning teams on scope and priorities, managing dependencies, reducing delivery risk, and ensuring central initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard. Your efforts will help operational teams complete tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent customer and partner experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to develop how NVIDIA connects innovative products with customers globally. As an NVIDIAN, you’ll be immersed in a diverse, motivating environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.
What you will be doing:
Translate software requirements into infrastructure needs (and vice versa) and actively participate in sprint planning and backlog management.
Drive end-to-end program planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple teams.
Partner with engineering, product management, build, data, security, and operations teams to define achievements and execution plans.
Translate business goals into clear technical program plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Run program governance, including status reviews, decision logs, issue management, and executive updates.
Identify delivery risks early and lead mitigation planning to keep programs on track.
Improve cross-team processes, planning mechanisms, and operational rhythms to increase execution efficiency.
Support release readiness, implementation coordination, and post-launch reviews.
Use metrics and dashboards to monitor progress, surface blockers, and communicate outcomes.
What we need to see:
8+ years of experience in technical program management, program management, engineering, or a related role.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Skilled with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models and experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar program management platforms.
Experience communicating program health and recommendations to senior leadership.
Experience leading large-scale, multi-functional technical initiatives from planning through delivery with a consistent track record of presenting effectively with both technical and non-technical collaborators.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system architecture concepts, and engineering workflows.
Demonstrated skill in risk management, dependency management, and collaborator alignment, and delivering strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience as a TPM or program lead on major e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex programs and a proven track record in driving flawless execution will set you apart.
A passion for enabling teams to deliver outstanding results—focusing on orchestration, communication, and risk management rather than performing every operational task directly—will make you an outstanding candidate.
PMP, PgMP, Scrum, SAFe, or related certifications.
