NVIDIA is looking for a high-energy, organized Technical Program Manager (TPM) to serve as the "glue" between our AI Labs, internal cross-functional teams, and external partners. it’s about building the operational engine that allow NVIDIA AI Labs team run efficiently. You will lead the rhythm of the technical engagement, streamline communication, and ensure that leadership always has a pulse on our progress.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. The "Internal Glue" & Meeting Facilitation

  • Weekly Sync Leadership: Lead the weekly forum between AI Labs and cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, QA).

  • Feedback Loop Management: Synthesize feedback, track open issues, and prioritize feature requests to ensure technical bottlenecks are cleared.

  • Collaborator Alignment: Ensure all internal teams are moving in the same direction

2. Process & Operations Architecture

  • Engagement Framework: Design and implement the formal process for how product teams engage with AI Labs (from initial request to model handoff).

  • Operational Excellence: Build the "operating system" for cross-functional collaboration, including standardized templates, documentation hubs, and communication channels.

3. Execution & Tracking

  • Workstream Visibility: Implement and maintain robust tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Linear, or Asana) to provide real-time updates on team velocity and health.

  • Product Integration: Oversee the transition of AI features from the lab environment into the production codebase, ensuring rigorous testing and deployment standards.

4. Leadership & Communication

  • Executive Reporting: Translate complex technical updates into concise status reports and dashboards for leadership while proactively identify risks in the development cycle and presenting data-driven solutions to senior collaborators.

What We Need To See:

  • 12+ years in Program/Project Management, ideally within a high-growth tech environment or AI-focused organization.

  • B.S. degree or equivalent experience.

  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the AI/ML lifecycle (data labeling, training, inference, and deployment) is a significant plus.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you should be able to explain a technical lag to a CEO and a business pivot to a researcher.

  • Tooling: Power user of project management software and AI tools (Slack, Notion, Miro, etc.).

  • Soft Skills: A "servant leader" mindset—you thrive on making others more productive

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
