The Dual Scope of the Role
1. The "Forward Deployed" Task Force (Embedded Builder)
You will embed directly with various internal product and business teams to help them scope, build, and deploy concrete AI use cases that tangible improve our services and products.
- The TPM Angle: Provide structure, rigorous monitoring, and clear visibility over the embedded initiatives from inception to delivery.
- The Practitioner Angle: ctively participate in the building process (utilizing AI-assisted development and "vibe coding") to accelerate use case delivery and rapidly iterate on our internal tools.
2. Transversal Platform & Program Engineering (The Enabler)
You will leverage your unique, boots-on-the-ground perspective from the forward-deployed task force to build global systems for the entire AI Initiatives team (including our product and platform tech teams).
- Systemic Visibility: Design, build, and maintain the tools and frameworks that track, monitor, and provide transversal visibility into all AI projects across the company.
- Feedback Loop: Use your first-hand experience as an embedded practitioner to inform and improve our internal AI platforms, ensuring our infrastructure meets the real-world needs of our engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Architecture & Delivery: Define milestones, manage dependencies, and track the health of multiple concurrent AI initiatives without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Hands-on Prototyping: Use modern AI development tools and LLM orchestration to help teams prototype and build AI features quickly.
- Tooling & Observability: Build and implement dashboards, tracking mechanisms, and internal tools that give the VP and broader leadership a real-time view of AI adoption, performance, and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the connective tissue between embedded business teams, the AI platform team, and executive leadership.
- Proven experience in Technical Program Management, experience managing multiple concurrent technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Practical exposure to LLM-based systems, prompt workflows, or AI application development, would be a plus
- Prefer working on AI-assisted development tools (“vibe coding”), rapid prototyping, and collaborating closely with engineers in code-adjacent workflows.
- Experience designing program-level visibility frameworks, including dashboards, metrics, and monitoring systems to track delivery health, adoption, and business impact.
- Strong execution mindset
- Ability to collaborate and influence engineering, product, and business teams
