Kendago is looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our internal product and R&D ecosystem. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of performance marketing, product thinking, and technical execution. You will work closely with internal PPC, media, and business teams to understand campaign needs, operational gaps, and growth opportunities, and translate them into clear product requirements for our development team.

This is a key internal role focused on building and improving Kendago’s proprietary AdTech platform. You will not work with external clients. Instead, you will serve as the bridge between internal domain experts and R&D, making sure new features are clearly defined, technically sound, and aligned with business impact.

What you will do

  • Gather product and feature needs from internal stakeholders, including PPC managers, and marketing teams.
  • Turn business and campaign needs into structured product requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Translate marketing logic into technical language that enables efficient development.
  • Work closely with developers to clarify requirements, answer questions, and support implementation.
  • Help prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and internal impact.
  • Ensure features support campaign performance, optimization workflows, and internal operational efficiency.
  • Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to improve internal systems, tools, and processes.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in a Technical Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to work closely with engineering teams.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, online campaigns, and PPC workflows.
  • Experience writing user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to take complex business input and convert it into clear, structured technical requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advantage: experience in AdTech, MarTech, internal platforms, tracking, attribution, analytics, or campaign automation systems.

**This is a hybrid position, including two to three work-from-home days per week, with flexibility based on team and individual needs.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Technical Product Management role within the online marketing, performance marketing, AdTech, or digital media industry.
  • Proven experience working on a complex, data-driven product.
  • Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle, including product strategy, requirements definition, UX/UI, engineering, QA, and release processes.
  • Experience working closely with R&D teams in an Agile environment.
  • Experience working in both startup and corporate environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Figma, and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Gantt charts, or similar platforms.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the AdTech industry — an advantage.
Responsibilities

This role includes:

  • Overseeing the planning and execution of the product across its entire life cycle.
  • Writing product specifications, user stories, build wireframes and define priorities to the development team.
  • Working closely with developers, media campaign managers and the COO.
  • Helping with the formulation of strategy and roadmaps, as well as crafting detailed technical specifications.
  • Analysing and report on the performance of products using data to drive decisions, recommending improvements and optimizations.
  • Being an expert with respect to the competition.
  • Acting as a leader within the company.
