The Technical Product Owner will facilitate the agile practices within AI development teams, ensuring smooth collaboration, timely delivery, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments to team progress.
- Foster collaboration between data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Track and report sprint progress and KPIs
Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience managing AI or software development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
