First Advantage is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our Drug & Occ Health Screening (DOHS) product team. This role will focus on driving technical product initiatives, enhancing platform capabilities, and accelerating delivery across high-impact areas. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to shape and execute product strategy, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with engineering teams on technical requirement definition.

What You'll Do:
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, and business teams to support the development and delivery of new technology within the DOHS product line.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with product leaders to define the product roadmap and help ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Participate in discovery efforts by gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover insights and inform prioritization.
  • Identify and resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement in product development processes.
  • Develop a subject matter expertise in on the solutions and technologies being implemented.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and impact to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Ability to understand and write API specifications and documentation.
 
What You May Need to be Successful:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, technical project coordination, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and tackle new challenges.
  • Experience working with agile teams or a willingness to learn agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to make decisions with incomplete data.
  • Results-oriented with a bias toward action, learning, and iteration.
  • Desire and potential to grow into more senior product management responsibilities over time.

The salary range for this position is approximately $110K-130K base annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
