  • Facilitate iterative design reviews with stakeholders, validate usability, and refine designs based on feedback.
  • Own the translation of stakeholder feedback and research insights into user stories and acceptance criteria; prioritize and maintain the feature backlog.
  • Collaborate closely with outsourced/offshore developers to ensure accurate implementation of Figma designs, clarify requirements, and maintain alignment throughout development.
  • Manage day‑to‑day development activities, including sprint planning, QA coordination, and release schedules.
  • Maintain product roadmaps for BD Performing Arts software platforms, both third‑party and proprietary.
  • Collaborate with partners inside and outside BD Performing Arts to innovate offerings and support technical initiatives across the organization.
  • Report progress, risks, and results to executive leadership on a regular cadence.
Required Experience / Qualifications
  • Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Figma, including creating wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and developer‑ready UI specifications.
