We are looking for a Technical Product Owner & Architect to join our Salesforce Order Management team as we replace our existing ERP system.
You will work with a team of over 20+ professionals in Denmark and Poland to design and deliver technical solutions that enhance our business operations and customer experiences.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
- Create Order-to-Cash and Service need to Resolution solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and turn them into effective technical solutions. Make sure technical solutions meet business goals and are innovative, user-friendly, and scalable
- Act as Technical Product Owner, the day-to-day responsible for the scrum team, supporting the team in grooming the user stories & features, planning the backlog etc.
- Create clear technical documentation for system architecture and workflows to support team communication
To fulfill the requirements of the role, we imagine that you have
- A master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Several years of experience within architecture or a similar role with experience as a technical lead or product owner and ability to guide technical teams and manage projects from start to finish
- Familiar with the hearing or healthcare industries is beneficial
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are desirable
- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and APEX programming and experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD processes
- Effective analytical skills to design efficient solutions as well as good communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ready to learn from mistakes and accept feedback while understanding both business needs and technical details
