Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience as a software engineer, systems analyst, or technical analyst
- Experience supporting B2B, SaaS, platform, or infrastructure products
- Experience with regulated or high availability environments
- Technical & Platform Expertise
- Candidates must demonstrate strong technical fluency and the ability to work deeply with engineering teams
- Experience managing platforms, API, or system-based products
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications
- Working knowledge of system architecture, microservices, and integration patterns
- Experience with API design, versioning, and lifecycle management
- Understanding of scalability, reliability, performance, and security considerations
- Comfortable discussing technical tradeoffs, constraints, and dependencies with engineering teams
- Familiarity with cloud native architectures and infrastructure backed products
- Product Ownership & Delivery
- TPM owns problem definition, prioritization, and delivery outcomes
- Co-owns end to product lifecycle with Strategic/Business Product Manager from discovery through launch and iteration
- Assists Strategic/Business Product Manager develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned to business and technical strategy
- Prioritizes features using impact based frameworks (e.g., RICE, impact vs. effort)
- Manages backlogs, releases, milestones, and dependencies
- Drives MVP and iterative delivery using Agile methodologies
- Ensures delivery of measurable outcomes, not just features
- Agile & Execution Leadership
- Demonstrates strong execution discipline within modern delivery models
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environments
- Leads backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release coordination
- Partners with engineering on incremental delivery and continuous improvement
- Supports dual track Agile (discovery + delivery)
- Manages delivery risks, sequencing, and cross team dependencies
- Data Driven Decision Making
- Use data to inform product decisions and measure success
- Defines and tracks product KPIs and OKRs
- Uses product analytics to guide prioritization and iteration
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and hypothesis validation
- Ability to analyze data using SQL or analytics tools
- Leverages insights from customer behavior, usage funnel, and retention analysis
- UX & Design Collaboration
- Balances technical rigor with customer centered design
- Partners closely with Product Design on UX/UI decisions
- Translates complex technical capabilities into intuitive user experiences
- Experience with user journey mapping, wireframes, and prototypes
- Incorporates findings from usability testing and user research
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards
- Engineering & Developer Collaboration
- Acts as a true partner to engineering teams
- Works daily with engineering to clarify scope, feasibility, and sequencing
- Influences without authority across engineering, design, and architecture teams
- Comfortable reviewing technical designs and architectural proposals
- Advocates for developer experience (DX) and platform usability
- Balances speed, quality, and long term maintainability
- Stakeholder & Executive Communication
- Communicates clearly across technical and non technical audiences
- Strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills
- Able to communicate technical concepts to business and executive audiences
- Produces clear documentation, executive summaries, and roadmap updates
- Aligns teams around priorities, risks, and trade offs
- Drives alignment and decision making across organizations

- Hands on experience with modern product and analytics tooling
- Product tools: Jira, Confluence, Aha!
