As a Product Manager for Prospective Risk Adjustment, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of tools that enable accurate and compliant HCC documentation at the point of care. You will work across clinical, engineering, analytics, coding, and market teams to deliver provider workflow tools, and insights that improve documentation accuracy and provider efficiency.
This role requires someone with solid execution discipline, comfort operating in complex, matrixed environments, and the ability to proactively seek clarity, drive alignment, and move programs forward across multiple teams.
Primary Responsibility:
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles
  • Experience in Medicare Advantage risk adjustment, HCC models, prospective workflows, or provider documentation enablement
  • Experience working with EMR vendors or integrating workflows inside EMR environments (FHIR, SMART on FHIR apps)
  • Proven ability to execute complex products in a highly matrixed healthcare environment, delivering measurable outcomes (e.g., RAF lift, coding accuracy, provider adoption)
  • Demonstrated experience being accountable to a product P&L and/or driving financial outcomes tied to product performance
  • Hands-on experience defining and managing product roadmaps and driving delivery using AHA, Rally, and Confluence
  • Ability to partner with engineering, operations, analytics, clinical, and provider teams to translate requirements into clear product specifications
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to proactively seek clarity, resolve ambiguities, and drive alignment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with suspecting models, or AI/ML enabled provider workflows
  • Experience onboarding or integrating third party risk adjustment vendors, including establishing and managing SLAs
  • Background working closely with clinical partners, or coding/compliance teams
  • Technical understanding, including:
    • APIs, microservices, and interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7, SMART on FHIR)
    • SQL for data investigation, validation, and reconciliation
    • ETL/orchestration tools (e.g. Azure Data Factory)
