We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to own and evolve Foley’s enterprise platform ecosystem. In this role, you will sit within Product Management and lead technically complex systems that enable scale, data integrity, and revenue as we modernize our platform and continue our transition to cloud-based architecture.

You will own a platform-level roadmap, partner closely with Engineering and Architecture, and play a key role in usage-based and transactional billing integrations that directly support how we monetize our products. This is a product-first role for someone who enjoys owning complex systems, working cross-functionally, and shaping the backbone of a modern SaaS business.

What you’ll do
  • Platform Strategy & Ownership

    • Own and evolve the enterprise platforms roadmap, balancing scalability, reliability, and revenue impact

    • Define system boundaries, integration patterns, and long-term platform direction in partnership with Engineering and Architecture

  • Execution & Delivery

    • Translate complex business and technical problems into clear product requirements and a prioritized backlog

    • Define and drive usage-based and transactional billing data flows, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting

  • Collaboration & Communication

    • Partner closely with Engineering to design scalable, resilient solutions and make informed technical tradeoffs

    • Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, RevOps, and Customer teams

    • Communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders

Who you are
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager

  • Experience working deeply with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, billing, or systems of record

  • Hands-on experience with usage-based or transactional billing in a SaaS environment

  • Understanding of data models, APIs, and system-to-system integrations

  • Ability to partner effectively with engineers and guide technical tradeoffs

  • Clear communication skills and comfort working through ambiguity

Nice to have
  • Experience supporting usage-based or hybrid pricing models

  • Exposure to data warehouses and analytics workflows

  • Experience supporting cloud migrations from on-premise systems

  • Background in regulated or compliance-heavy SaaS environments
