Join Brightree (a ResMed company) to modernize how HME providers collect patient responsibility. You’ll own the execution that moves the numbers—payment completion, days-to-pay, and cost-to-collect—through digital channels (SMS, email, web, mobile) integrated into provider workflows.

You’ll own

  • Outcomes: Set and hit targets for patient payment completion, channel conversion, and time-to-pay; maintain KPI dashboards and post-launch reviews.

  • Delivery: Run backlog, planning, and releases; write crisp user stories/AC; ship via feature flags with phased rollouts and guardrails.

  • Discovery: Interview patients/providers, map journeys, run usability tests, and analyze funnels to prioritize the next 10% lift.

  • Integrations: Partner on APIs to billing systems, payment processors, and comms platforms; ensure telemetry and alerting are in place.

  • Quality & Compliance: Meet HIPAA/PCI-DSS requirements, maintain audit trails, and drive accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA).

What you bring

  • 3+ years as PM/PO shipping B2B SaaS (web/mobile) with a strong delivery track record.

  • Comfortable with APIs/integrations; can author PRDs, sequence diagrams, and shippable stories.

  • Analytics fluency (SQL/Pendo) and experimentation experience (A/B, feature flags).

  • Excellent collaboration across Engineering, Design, QA, Compliance, and Customer teams.

  • Nice to have: Payments (tokenization, reconciliation, disputes), healthcare IT (HIPAA/BAA), SMS compliance (10DLC/TCPA), and ML-driven personalization.

Success looks like (first 90 days)

  • Ship at least one flagged conversion improvement with measured lift.

  • Stand up a KPI dashboard and experiment backlog.

  • Deliver an iteration to checkout/statement flows reducing days-to-pay.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. 

Base Pay Range for this position: 

$118,000 - $148,000 - $178,000

  

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
