Responsibilities
• Participates in solution design conversations with delivery leads, technology leaders, and other Technical Product Managers
• Undertakes a significant amount of cross collaboration with other Teams for end-to-end solutioning
• Mentors all levels of TPOs
• Communicate and drive the platform product vision and strategy and develop roadmap.
• Single point ownership of Product definition and delivery for the assigned domain/ platform.
• Communicate and collaborate with multiple business units to define intent.
• Create and prioritize Product Backlog, ensure alignment of product features and stories, write epics/user stories, participate in agile development process, and prioritize user stories to meet strategic goals.
• Inspect sprint outcomes, provide meaningful progress updates, and conduct end user acceptance testing.
• Manage iterative improvement of existing features and development of new features with a focus on operational efficiency, customer experience, and client/stakeholder need while achieving a sustainable balance between end-user desirability, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Advocates for Platform Modernization, Tech Debt reduction with Product Feature release.
• Lead Product Owners
• Manage entire product lifecycles across a broad portfolio: defining business problems, process flows, defining customer journeys, researching customer needs, prototyping, and testing new solutions, working with design and engineering teams, and prioritizing multiple agile development backlogs.
Qualifications
• Minimum 10 working with or in agile teams or a PMO
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of the end-to-end information technology (IT) process, including architecture, design & engineering, implementation, and operations
• Advanced ability to work collaboratively & translate business and user requirements into user stories and architecture plans
• Advanced ability to drive product roadmaps, lead product overviews, elicit reporting needs, build a deep backlog, and create documentation for enterprise technology solutions
• Advanced ability to influence and negotiate with Sr. Business partners and stakeholders
• Advanced ability to research, create, and document requirements, processes flow charts, and technical or functional specifications
• Advanced ability to obtain, analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources
• Advanced ability to resolve issues and manage escalations
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate business intent into technical requirements
• Advanced analytical mindset, focused on achieving desired results through critical thinking, customer and platform research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Advanced time management skills and a proven track record of meeting various deadlines
• Ability to self-direct and manage competing priorities on concurrent large, complex projects, initiatives, and deliverables
• Ability to delegate and distribute work, elevating team issues as necessary
• Strong ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative and transformative environment
• Strong formal business writing skills
• Strong technical proficiency in the use of MS Office products for reporting and analytics
• Skilled at working on highly complex features, stories, and capabilities
