  • Communicate with various external partners for collaboration to advance the product
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day operational roadblocks
  • Get involved in a wide range of customer scenarios, from pre-sales to on-boarding through to support so as to understand the day-to-day customer experience and build a product which addresses requirements and makes self-service on-boarding and operations easy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in STEM or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Product Development, preferring depth in SaaS products
  • Experience overseeing design and implementation of highly interactive user interfaces for high volume web applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail
  • Fast learner and self-driven personality
  • Comfortable dealing with complex technical requirements while products are under development

Compensation (US FTE)

  • Competitive salary
  • Great healthcare + dental + vision coverage
  • Retirement plan
  • Pick your own equipment. We'll set you up with whatever Apple laptop + monitor combo you want plus any software you need.
