Your role:

  • Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for complex, distributed healthcare service tools and solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory constraints, and business objectives.

  • Lead stakeholder conversations across Engineering, Architecture, Clinical, QA, Customer Success, and executive teams to gather requirements, clarify needs, manage expectations, and drive consensus on priorities and trade-offs.

  • Translate complex technical concepts, system constraints, and integration challenges into clear, actionable requirements, epics, and prioritized backlogs that engineering teams can deliver against.

  • Partner closely with system architects and engineering leads to shape interfaces, data flows, APIs, and integration strategies—particularly across oncology, imaging, hospital information systems, and cloud-native environments.

  • Own cross-functional communication and alignment, coordinating with other product and technical owners to ensure roadmaps are synchronized while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

  • Drive requirements clarity and decision-making by facilitating discussions on technical feasibility, performance, scalability, and compliance.

  • Champion outcome-driven development by using data, user insights, and technical understanding to prioritize work that delivers measurable clinical and business impact.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to dive into tools, platforms, cloud-native architectures, and distributed systems while effectively communicating trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, facilitate productive conversations, set clear expectations, and build alignment across diverse groups.

  • Comfort working in regulated environments and translating compliance, interoperability, or clinical constraints into practical product decisions.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills that bring clarity to ambiguity and help bridge technical realities with business and clinical needs.

  • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and leveraging modern technologies (including AI-driven capabilities) to improve product discovery, delivery, and user outcomes.

Your expertise:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related technical field—or equivalent hands-on experience with complex software systems.

  • Solid technical background and understanding of modern software technologies, including cloud-native architectures (e.g., Azure, .NET ecosystems), distributed systems, APIs, data flows, and integration frameworks.

  • Experience working closely with engineering and architecture teams on platform-level or tool-oriented products, with the ability to assess technical feasibility and influence system design decisions.

  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics, manage expectations, and drive alignment across technical, clinical, and executive audiences.

  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and outcome-oriented mindset with end-to-end ownership and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
