Consultant, Advisors Client Services, Data & Services
Mastercard Data & Services provides cutting-edge data analysis and services to Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits to make multimillion-dollar business decisions and grow their organizations. Our Advisors Client Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard's rich data assets and in-house technologies to provide our clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Mastercard Advisors work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and finance.
The Advisors Client Services group has five specializations: Performance Analytics, Strategy & Transformation, Business Experimentation, Marketing and Project Management. Our Marketing consultants develop strategies and support implementation of marketing activities and engagements; evaluating and monitoring results and KPIs to drive performance. You will provide deep direct marketing expertise across channels, leveraging customer, behavioral and transactional data, defining tangible results to both the client and Mastercard.

Roles and Responsibilities
Client Impact• Lead complex client engagements across a range of industries and problem statements• Build and lead the development of marketing strategies and campaigns for regional and global clients by working with technology and data• Own senior client relationships from mid-level to C-suite• Serve as a trusted client business advisor and generate enthusiasm for the Mastercard team and our recommendations
Team Collaboration & Culture• Guide team through complex problem solving to business-focused solutions and recommendations that drive client value• Motivate the project delivery team to produce superior quality deliverables, and create a collaborative and inclusive environment for all levels• Own relationship with internal Mastercard stakeholders including Product and Business Development to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build the firm's intellectual capital• Able to provide marketplace perspectives and insights• Lead on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to both direct and outside team members• Understanding of various marketing specializations and relationships between areas
Qualifications
Basic qualifications• Undergraduate degree with work experience on marketing and campaign projects, focused on one or more of the following fields:
o Marketing content, digital and social media campaigns
o Digital Customer Experience
o Digital Marketing
o Digital and social media campaigns and end-to-end product launch
o Digital Customer Experience
o End-to-end product launch
o Ad-tech and mar-tech ecosystems
o Offline marketing activities/campaigns
o Media management and planning
o Direct response marketing focus• Experience coaching and leading teams across large, strategic engagements with third parties• Experience leading vendor and senior client relationships• Deep knowledge of business KPIs, financials and organizational leadership• Able to identify new business development opportunities and adjacencies, and experience leading proposal development and scoping of new opportunities• Experience generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions, able to provide industry perspectives and through leadership• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills• Able to lead multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment• Able to communicate effectively in English and the local office language• Eligible to work in the country where they are applying and for travel visas as required by travel needs
Preferred qualifications• Additional marketing experience in one or more of the following fields:
o Marketing and campaign experience from agency environment
o Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing
o Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
o Video making (e.g., scripting, storyboard and content, mostly done by the vendor)
o Marketing content
o Usability labs and experience research
o Print Production Management
o Global Supply Chain Management (GSM), including sourcing new suppliers and assessing third party production vendors
o Staff training and engagement, and sales support• Relevant industry expertise and/or experience in product, sales, or marketing technology• MBA or master's degree with specialization in marketing or digital (not required)• Experience leading delivery and implementation of complex solutions and measuring impact on clients' business
