We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager team leader, who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and product strategy skills. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Product Managers and work closely with engineering, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape backend systems that drive our core offerings — helping us deliver faster, smarter, and more scalable solutions.

You’ll be responsible for planning and executing complex technical initiatives, overseeing a team, and ensuring technical alignment with business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Team & Project Leadership
  • Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers 
  • Provide clear direction, set priorities, and foster a collaborative team environment
  • Lead sprint planning, long-term product strategy sessions, and team ceremonies

Technical Ownership

  • Develop and maintain yearly technical plans for key initiatives 
  • Define and scope new backend services and systems
  • Lead optimization efforts to improve system performance and job execution speed
  • Translate new backend requirements into actionable plans
  • Lead initiatives with 3rd parties, such as API integrations

Product Leadership

  • Prioritize initiatives based on user impact, frequency, and system needs
  • Drive and document processes, ensuring clarity and shared understanding across teams
  • Build and maintain a technical roadmap
  • Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Plan and lead sprint cycles and long-term product planning sessions
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, ideally backend-focused environments
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical development role
  • Proven experience managing or leading a team, either formally or informally
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams or engineering squads is a plus
  • Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure performance
  • Clear, structured communication style—both written and verbal (in both Hebrew and English)
  • Comfortable prioritizing complex technical work while aligning with broader product goals
  • Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentorship and collaboration with teammates, creation and constant improvement of work processes,. fostering a high-performing team environment
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, agile environment
Advantages

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field - a plus
