About the role:
We're seeking a (Senior) Technical Product Manager (m/f/d), who will play a pivotal role in shaping usability, efficiency, and developer satisfaction for our technical products. They will be responsible for understanding the needs, pain points, and aspirations of developers using our products, and translating those into actionable strategies and features that enhance their experience. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of technical workflows, as well as the mindset and preferences of developers as customers.

What’s in it for you:
- Product Discovery: Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the requirements, preferences, and challenges of developers using our products.
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to optimize the end-to-end experience of technical products, from developer onboarding up to their integration and further maintenance.
- Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to define and prioritize features and improvements in the technical products, including the ones for developer experience. Create and maintain a clear roadmap aligned with business objectives and developer needs.
- Feedback and Iteration: Establish mechanisms for collecting feedback from customers. Use this feedback to identify areas for improvement and iterate on existing features to enhance the overall integration experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to ensure alignment on planned initiatives within our technical products. Champion the needs of developers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Industry Trends Monitoring: Stay on top of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to our technical products, and incorporate relevant insights into our product strategy and roadmap.
You will be a great match if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven product experience (3+ years) as a Technical Product Manager.
- Proven coding experience (2+ years) in at least one programming language.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies, including APIs, SDKs, IDEs, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to product management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise documentation and presentations.
- Passion for technology and a genuine interest in understanding and advocating for the needs of developers.
Bonus points if:
- You have experience with developer relations, community management, or open-source software projects.
- You have worked in decentralized/SSI technology or distributed systems.
- You have worked in the Identity industry.
