Lead multiple full-stack engineering teams with emphasis on backend systems (TypeScript, microservices, cloud). Lead multiple engineering teams to define technical strategy and architecture for Affinidi Elements. Drive delivery excellence, mentor engineering leaders, oversee design of scalable, secure distributed systems using cryptography, blockchain, SSI and cloud-native technologies, and align engineering outcomes with product and business goals.

Lead technical product development for Affinidi's Trust Fabric suite: define strategy and roadmap, work closely with engineering to design and ship APIs and integrations, prioritize outcomes, handle ambiguous requirements, and improve developer experience for verifiable identity, policy guardrails, and observability for AI systems.
