Keeper Security is hiring an experienced Technical Product Manager to focus on Keeper Secrets Manager. This is a 100% remote position with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL or El Dorado Hills, CA area.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with all stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and ensure alignment on goals for launching new products and features.
  • Drive the execution rhythm in partnership with engineering, guiding planning sessions, prioritizing the product roadmap, and leading daily standups to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct thorough research and engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to gather insights, determine requirements, and identify market opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Oversee the progress of multiple development teams, ensuring adherence to the initial design and alignment with product specifications.
  • Author comprehensive product documentation, create product demos, write blog posts, and develop sales readiness materials to support product launches and marketing efforts.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships across the organization to foster collaboration and drive customer success.
  • Measure and evaluate product performance against key metrics and assess overall business impact, using insights to inform future product iterations and enhancements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in security, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated experience in launching and scaling security-focused products, especially in password or secrets management.
  • Experience working effectively with engineering, UX design, compliance, and sales teams.
  • Proficiency in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks relevant to product development.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track user behavior and product performance.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading Agile teams.
