We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Technical Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our usage reporting, billing calculation processes, and external dashboard infrastructure. This role will manage the Insights & Reporting (IR) team, and act as a strategic partner to engineering leadership in defining scalable, high-quality development standards and architecture.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in financial workflows, accounting logic, process automation, and business intelligence. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and auditability of our revenue operations and client-facing reporting tools.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in SaaS, data platforms, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial workflows, and billing logic.
  • Proven experience in process design, QA frameworks, and automation of operational workflows.
  • Ability to define and simplify mathematical models and logical calculation frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams to define technical requirements, architecture standards, and scalable development practices.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Apache Superset, Power BI, Tableau) and dashboard/report design.
  • Familiarity with contract configuration tools, usage-based billing systems, and audit trail development.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working across global teams and time zones, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Agile product development workflows, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Proficient in using JIRA to define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and to track progress across engineering and reporting teams.
  • Skilled in maintaining Agile rituals and documentation to ensure transparency, velocity tracking, and continuous improvement.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Lead the development and refinement of usage, revenue, and audit-based calculations used in billing and invoicing processes.
  • Define and maintain technical requirements and development standards in partnership with engineering leads.
  • Manage the Insights & Reporting (IR) team, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Own the automation and optimization of the contract configuration tool and external dashboard infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with finance, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on data accuracy, compliance, and reporting logic.
  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports that communicate value to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish and enforce QA processes for usage data validation, billing logic, and dashboard accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting workflows, data integration, and stakeholder communication.
  • Support cross-functional planning and prioritization, ensuring timely delivery of roadmap initiatives.

Impact You’ll Make

You will be instrumental in transforming our usage reporting and billing infrastructure into a scalable, automated, and insight-driven system. Your leadership will ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and a seamless experience for both internal teams and external clients.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
