What we're looking for

We are looking for a skilled DeFi Product Manager to lead our initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making within the blockchain sphere. In this role, you will develop product roadmaps, perform market and competitive analyses, and facilitate feature rollouts by collaborating with engineering teams. This position presents a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the expansion of a cutting-edge technology company at the forefront of the blockchain industry.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product roadmap for our DeFI projects, work closely with engineering teams, discussing, prioritizing, and delivering features, ensuring high-quality product development and timely releases

    1. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the DeFi space.
    2. Collaborate with the design team and conduct research on other DeFi protocols to develop and improve design mockups for our protocols, facilitating superior UX.
    3. Work with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to launch new products, drive adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    4. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product requirements and project plans, and help create product-specific content for various platforms to engage users and stakeholders effectively.
    5. Engage with the blockchain community to gather insights, share knowledge, and promote our products.


Are you the right person for this role?

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the blockchain industry, demonstrating proficiency in blockchain technology, financial market analysis, and project management methodologies. A strong foundation in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is essential.
  • Experienced in working with, planning, and testing smart contracts, along with the ability to read and understand them to assess whether they meet the project requirements
  • Experience in UX analysis and research, collaborating with the design team to develop high-quality product mockups.
  • Familiarity with blockchain development tools and frameworks, and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective interaction in a team setting.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Programming skills in Python, Solidity, or Rust is a big plus.
  • Prior experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
