P&C IT Services provides professional services to help our business units and corporate functions use technology to create, manage, and optimize information and business processes. Our Great American Software (GAS) Lab is looking for a Technical Product Management Intern to work a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in the office, 2 days remote) out of the Cincinnati office for the summer.
Responsibilities:
Help a cross-functional team to define a product vision and strategy, product roadmap, and requirements for success.
Collaborates with Product Managers to define business objectives, facilitate sprint activities, and create and communicate requirements that translate business needs into strategic business and technology initiatives.
Participates on collaboration with key stakeholders on user adoption strategies and progress on product adoption.
Creates and maintains training materials as needed to assist in product adoption.
Assist with product metrics: Monitors usage, assesses user data, and identifies opportunities to increase usage and improve user experience.
Assist with maintaining a prioritized backlog. Participates in all agile ceremonies (e.g., standups, planning, retro, etc.).
