Are you our new Technical Owner?
As a Technical Owner at Intrum, you will be accountable for the end-to-end technical ownership of assigned IT assets supporting the local market. The role ensures that market-specific systems are managed and developed in a structured, secure, and business-aligned way, while remaining aligned with Intrum Group architectures and governance. The Technical Owner works closely with business stakeholders, Group teams, and vendors to ensure reliable operations and controlled delivery of change within a regulated financial services environment.
What will you do:
- Act as the end-to-end technical owner for assigned IT assets, ensuring clear accountability throughout their lifecycle
- Ensure system stability, availability, performance, and compliance with Intrum IT standards and regulatory requirements
- Translate business needs and data requirements into robust technical solutions and specifications
- Oversee changes, enhancements, and releases, coordinating with developers, vendors, and Group teams
- Perform technical vendor management, including delivery oversight, SLA monitoring, and escalation handling
- Maintain technical documentation, data flows, system interfaces, and dependencies for all assigned assets
- Coordinate incident, problem, and audit management, ensuring timely resolution and compliance
- Serve as the primary technical contact for business stakeholders, internal teams, and Group counterparts
- Collaborate with Business System Owners to ensure requirements are met, and potential operational risks are properly addressed
What we’re looking for:
- Strong technical background with experience in system design, integrations, and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in system ownership, IT delivery, and vendor management roles, preferably in financial services or other regulated environments
- Proven experience collaborating with and managing external technical vendors to ensure delivery, compliance, and SLA adherence
- Ability to interpret business requirements and data needs into technical specifications
- Good understanding of IT service management, system lifecycle, and operational governance concepts
- Structured, accountable mindset with clear ownership orientation
- Ability to work effectively across local Market and Group-level IT teams
- Strong communication skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
