Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical Operations Automation & Data Analyst to support our operations team through process automation, data analysis, and performance optimization. This role bridges the gap between technology and business operations, ensuring efficient workflows, accurate data insights, and proactive problem-solving to improve internal systems.
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying automation opportunities, streamlining processes, and building tools and dashboards to drive data-informed decisions. This position requires a strong foundation in data analytics, automation tools (e.g Zapier, Power Automate, Python scripts), and the ability to work cross functionally with teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Workflow Automation:
Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows using tools like Zapier to connect various platforms (Zoom, Attract well, Hubfit, payment processors, scheduling systems, and Google Suite).
Data Management & Analysis:
Create and maintain dynamic spreadsheet systems for tracking client progress, business metrics, and program effectiveness.
Develop automated reporting systems and alerts for key performance indicators (KPIs).
Set up and maintain data integration between platforms using APIs and webhooks.
Client Support & Compliance:
Respond to customer inquiries professionally, troubleshooting technical issues as needed
Monitor client compliance with program guidelines, maintaining accurate records and following established processes.
Documentation & Collaboration:
Create and update documentation for technical processes and workflows.
Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Key Projects You’ll Work On:
• Automating client onboarding processes.
• Creating data collection and analysis systems for program effectiveness.
• Developing alert systems to monitor client engagement and retention.
• Streamlining communication between platforms to ensure seamless operations.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts in simple terms.
• Basic understanding of data security and privacy requirements.
Technical Skills Required:
