We're looking for a Technical Operations Associate to support the evolution of Customer Delivery through a combination of operational execution, automation, enablement, and technical project work.
Approximately 50% of the role will focus on supporting asset migration services, while the remaining time will be dedicated to improving internal tooling, automation, enablement, and strategic technical initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
- You’re comfortable working in a hybrid format, with the ability to come to our St. Gallen office twice per week.
- Delivering high-quality support for asset migration projects, including client enablement and process improvements. This will cover 50% of the role
- Maintaining and enhancing internal tools, demo environments, and enablement resources.
- Continuously learning and applying new technologies, including AI and automation.
- Helping the team work smarter by identifying opportunities to simplify, streamline, and improve how we operate.
- Support for emerging technical projects and strategic initiatives across the department
