We value curiosity, execution, respect, and a shared desire to make a meaningful impact on the security and reliability of the digital world.

If you’re driven to innovate, energized by hard problems, and excited to help define the future of secure AI infrastructure, we invite you to apply and join us on this journey.

Job Description

Role Overview

Axiado is seeking a Technical Marketing Manager, APAC to serve as the technical marketing lead for the Asia-Pacific region, bridging deep product knowledge and compelling market communication. Based in Taipei and reporting to the Head of Marketing and Product Management in San Jose, you will develop and deliver high-impact technical content and serve as a credible, engaging face of the full Axiado solution portfolio — semiconductor, module, firmware, security, and software products — in front of hyperscalers, CSPs, OEMs, and ODMs across Taiwan, and the entire APAC region.

This role is a mix of content creation and customer-facing engagement across a broad geography. You will spend part of your time developing presentations, solution briefs, and technical narratives, and part of your time delivering that content in customer briefings, partner meetings, and industry events throughout the region. Regular travel across APAC is expected. You are most effective when you can take a complex hardware or software concept, internalize it, and translate it into something a specific audience will find immediately relevant. An engineering background is necessary to communicate credibly with engineers and technologists at partners and customers.

What You'll Do

  • Develop technical marketing content: Create, adapt, and maintain customer-facing presentations, solution briefs, platform overviews, competitive comparisons, and technical narratives covering the full Axiado solution portfolio, tailored to the priorities of APAC customers and partners.

  • Lead and support customer briefings across APAC: Present Axiado's technology to technical audiences at hyperscalers, CSPs, OEMs, and ODMs throughout the region; handle deep-dive Q&A with principal engineers and architects with credibility and composure.

  • Own the regional ODM and OEM relationship at a technical level: Serve as the go-to technical marketing resource for Taiwan-based and regional ODMs and OEMs, supporting platform evaluations, reference design discussions, and design win pursuits from concept through production.

  • Translate engineering into messaging: Work closely with hardware, firmware, and software engineering teams globally to understand new capabilities across the full solution stack and turn them into clear, differentiated value propositions for regional target audiences.

  • Support the sales and BD cycle: Develop account-specific decks and technical collateral for strategic customer engagements, partner evaluations, and design win pursuits across APAC.

  • Contribute to launch and event programs: Partner with product marketing and product management on product launches, and lead technical content for regional trade shows, conferences, and partner events such as COMPUTEX and OCP regional summits.

  • Track the competitive and ecosystem landscape: Monitor BMC/RMC/platform management and security silicon competitors, including regional players; feed customer and market intelligence from APAC back to headquarters and contribute to competitive positioning materials and internal battlecards.

  • Act as the regional technical voice back to headquarters: Represent APAC customer needs, platform trends, and roadmap feedback to product management and engineering in San Jose. Understanding customer requirements and use cases, and conveying in actionable manner to engineering team is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

What You Bring

Required

  • At least 10 years of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, applications engineering, or systems engineering in semiconductors, systems, or data center infrastructure, with meaningful time spent in the APAC market.

  • Based in Taipei with willingness to travel: Located in or able to relocate to the Taipei area, working in office, with regular travel across Taiwan, and the general APAC region.

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin: Business-level written and spoken proficiency, sufficient to run technical discussions and executive briefings in either or both languages, depending on the audience.

  • Strong hardware background: Solid understanding of server and rack-level systems architecture, SoC integration, board-level design considerations, or data center hardware platforms. You are comfortable discussing silicon features, interfaces, and system-level tradeoffs with engineering audiences.

  • Familiarity with data center infrastructure software and firmware: You understand how BMC/RMC firmware, platform management stacks, out-of-band management, and management software fit into a server platform, even if your primary background is on the hardware side.

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills: You can develop a compelling technical story from scratch and deliver it confidently to both engineering and executive audiences at major technology companies.

  • Customer-facing experience in the region: Prior direct engagement with hyperscalers, CSPs, OEMs, or ODMs in APAC in a technical capacity; comfortable owning a room with senior technical stakeholders.

  • Strong written communication: Ability to develop clear, well-structured marketing content independently, working from engineering inputs and product documentation.

  • Comfort operating across time zones: Able to work effectively and largely autonomously with San Jose-based engineering, product, and marketing teams, including some early morning or evening overlap.

Preferred / Desirable

  • Established relationships with Taiwan ODMs and regional OEMs such as Quanta, Wistron, Foxconn, Inventec, Supermicro, Gigabyte, or Pegatron, and an understanding of how their platform development and qualification cycles work.

  • Hands-on background in BMC/RMC firmware, platform management software, or embedded systems. Experience on the software/firmware side of data center infrastructure is a meaningful differentiator for this role.

  • Familiarity with hardware security concepts — root of trust, secure boot, attestation, TPM/fTPM, or post-quantum cryptography. You do not need to be a security expert, but you should be able to speak credibly to security-conscious audiences.

  • Experience with AI server or accelerator platforms and the platform management and telemetry requirements they introduce.

  • Prior experience at a fabless semiconductor company — you understand how silicon features translate to system-level value and how to position a chip to OEM/ODM and hyperscaler audiences.

  • Exposure to OCP, DMTF Redfish, or other open data center standards and ecosystems, including regional OCP activity.

  • Experience localizing or adapting global marketing content for regional technical audiences.
