Key Responsibilities
- Drive and take accountability for Product owner deliver all Technical activities for CMOs within scope of Supplier Relationship Team (SRT) including:
o Product / Process assessments and continuous improvement at CMOs
o Oversight and implementation of validation activities impacting Haleon products
o Troublshooting and CAPA implementation // effectiveness for technical related issues
o Product transfer and NPI technical oversight and accountability
- Ensuring all aspects of Product Quality Lifecycle Management are actively applied to the products at CMOs including a current Technical Risk Assessment, Product Control Strategy and Data Trending.
- Provides technical leadership and highlevel goverance to ensure Product owners deliver technology transfer, New product introduction, PPV and etc
- Works effectively within matrix management structure to properly engage and drive performance from APAC CMO Technical teams, and pull in proper support from wider Haleon network including CH and Rx Technical resource.
- Drive Multi-vendor raw material development for business continuity and secure supply
- Responsible for management of all aspects of post-approval change to ensure that product quality is maintained and the appropriate change controls are in place.
- Drive collaboration with R&D, category teams and supply chain on innovation planning, NPI launch readiness, to deliver all new product launch on-time in-full
- Supervision and evaluation on subordinates’ capability and performance. Make subordinates to have sufficient resources/capabilities
- Coach, mentor and develop talent through technical in APAC region

Job-Related Experience
Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience required Minimum 10-15 years pharmaceutical manufacturing / technical environment in geographical region in question:
- Experience in CMO (Contract Manufacturing Operation) environment
- Experience in complex technical troubleshooting, RCA and CAPA effectiveness
- Leadership and execution of scale up, tech transfers, process validation projects
- Good project management, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership in a global, matrixed environment in the pharmaceutical industry
- Business acumen to drive continuous improvement and interact with external company Executive teams on behalf of Haleon
- Experience in working with multi functions from different culture and leading teams

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Biomedical, Food Science)

- Experience working with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs)
- Experience in complex technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA effectiveness
- Leadership and execution of scale-up, technology transfers, and process validation projects
- Experience providing technical oversight for product transfers, NPI and post-approval change management
- Demonstrated leadership in a global, matrixed environment and ability to engage senior external stakeholders
- Project management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with multi-functional teams across cultures and develop regional technical talent
- Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business
