- Supervision of technical maintenance and daily checks of installations
- Coordination of external services for site operations
- Supporting the Shopping Center General Manager in their daily responsibilities
- Prioritizing various tasks for the technical team, as well as planning and scheduling all necessary repairs
- Enforcement of regulations and norms related to the services supervised
- Daily communication with tenants and their contractors regarding installations, adaptations, and all possible technical and logistic aspects and issues
Requirements:
- Degree in a related technical field such as engineering, construction, or facilities management
- 3-4 years of work experience in facility management
- Structured, goal-oriented, service-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills
- Strong analytical and strategic skills
- Very good command of English
