This Position reports to:

Marketing and Sales Manager


 

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new clients as well as maintaining and developing business relationships with existing partners within the assigned region of Central-Eastern Poland.
  • Selling and marketing medium-voltage (MV) system solutions and MV equipment manufactured by ABB.
  • Executing sales plans and marketing campaigns – organizing client meetings and delivering presentations on the offered portfolio.
  • Collaborating with the Product Management team to select the optimal solution for the client.
  • Actively searching for sales projects involving ABB Ability™ digital solutions, based on the Electrification business product portfolio.
  • Preparing technical and commercial offers, conducting commercial negotiations, and providing consultancy and technical support to clients at every stage of the sales process.
  • Holding regular client meetings and reporting activities in the CRM system.
  • Participating in industry conferences and trade fairs.

Qualifications for the role:

  • You have higher technical education – preferred fields: Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation, or Energy.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to modern technologies and technical solutions.
  • Ability to demonstrate proactive approach to solving technical challenges.
  • Ability to demonstrate independence and a strong sense of responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain business relationships.
  • Possess category B driving license.
  • Willingness to travel frequently on business.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Fluent in Polish and communicative in English.
